Christina ContrerasChristina (Tina) Contreras

Tina played her high school ball at Montwood High School in El Paso, Texas. She was named All City and All District while playing varsity soccer there from 1995-1999. She attended college at Cochise College in Dougals, Arizona and was a named All Conference and All Region there in 1999-2000. She also attended the University of Texas at El Paso from 2001-2002. Tina was a member of the Albuquerque Crush of the WPSL in 2002. She was also a member of the USFF Futsal National Championship team in 2004 and 2005. Tina has coaching experience from being the assistant coach for the Arizona Western College Men’s Soccer Team in 2006-2007.


Lara ShalkinLara Schalken

Lara began playing soccer at the age of five and took on the role of goalie at the age of eight. She has been playing goalie ever since. She was a member of the D’Feeters soccer club and has played indoor and outdoor soccer for the past 15 years. She has been a member of a women’s indoor team at Blue Sky Sports Center for the past 5 years.


Angela WaitsAngela Waits

Angela graduated from Berkner High School in 1989 where she was a four year starter on the Women’s Varsity team. In 1989 she was named the All Metroplex Forward. During her Junior and Senior years she led the team in goals scored and assists. Her Senior year at Berkner she was named MVP of her High School team. After High School Angela played from 1991 to 1994 at the University of North Texas in Denton. She was named Second Team All Conference in 1994 and her career stats include 13 goals scored and 9 assists. Her current club team is the Turbo D’Feeters in the North Texas Women’s Division I League.


Anna AlamanAnna Alaman

Anna played her high school ball at Richardson High School in Richardson Texas from 2001-2004.  She was named First Team All District in 2002-2004 as well as First Team All Defense in 2002-2003.  She played her club soccer with Andromeda Soccer Club as well as the Texas Longhorns Soccer Club where she was named Captain and was the Defensive Player of the Year in 2004.  She attended the University of Texas – Dallas from 2005-2007.  She is currently an ODP Coach.


Audria Sessions-LyonsAudria (Audi) Sessions-Lyons

Audie played her high school ball at South Grand Prairie High School and was member of the women’s varsity team from 1995-1999. She holds the record for most goals in a season with 27. Audie played her club soccer with Image and the D’Feeters. She was also a member of the ODP State and Regional. She attended Clemson University and was a member of the women’s soccer team from 1999-2002. She currently plays indoor and outdoor on several women’s and coed teams. She was fortunate to win a National Championship with Turbo D’Feeters in 2008.


Marilyn Rodriguez

Marilyn played her high school ball at Skyline High School and was a member of the women’s varsity team from 1996-2000.  She played her club soccer with Sting ’83.  Her college years were spent with the University of North Texas women’s team from 2000-2004 where she was named Freshman of the Year in 2000.  She received All Conference First Team Honors all four years of college and was the first player in the history of the University of North Texas to achieve this accomplishment.  She was also named as a four time All-Central Region selection.  To top off her career at UNT, she was named the Sunbelt Conference Player of the Year in 2002 and 2003 – also a first for the University. 


Brianna Morris Brianna Morris

Brianna played on the 1982 North Texas State Team and Olympic Development Pool Team and in 2003-2004 she was a member of the North Texas Soccer State Team and Regional Team.   She played  her college soccer with the University of North Texas Women’s team.    She was a member of the team that was named Sunbelt Conference Champions in 2001.  While at UNT Brianna was a four year Letterman from 1999-2003.  She was ranked in the top 10 for Single Season and Career Shutouts and Saves in UNT Women’s soccer history.  She was also ranked #2 in 2002 Season Goals against average.  In 1999-2003 she was named to the Presiden’t List and Dean’s List for Academic Honors at UNT.  She was named Big West and Sunbelt Conference All-Team Academic from 1999-2003 as well.  In 2004 Brianna was a member of the Everton FC America Women’s Soccer Club.


Teresa EammaTeresa Eamma

Teresa played her high school ball at North Garland High School and Wichita Falls High School where she was a member of the men’s varsity team from 1993-1994 and the women’s varsity team from 1995-1997. She was named MVP in 1996-1997 as well as First Team All Conference in 1995-1997 and was a member of the All Dallas Area team in 1996-1997. She holds the school record for most goals in a game with 4, most hat tricks in a season with 3 and most assists in a game with 4. She played her club soccer with Sting Soccer Club and the D’Feeters. She attended the University of North Texas from 1997-2001 where she played on the women’s soccer team. She was named to the Sunbelt All Conference Team in 2000-2001 and was the Sunbelt Tournament MVP in 2001. She was in the top 25 in the Nation in goals scored with 19 for NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer in 1999. She has played professionally with the Texas Turbo and the Dallas Heat. She is a team leader for Progressive Auto Insurance as well as an assistant coach for the Dallas Comets Soccer Club.


Anita PedfordAnita Pedford

Anita is a native of California and played at Ontario High School as a four year starter. She played both striker and midfielder and was named Mt Baldy League MVP her Freshman, Sophomore and Junior Year. She was a four time 1st team All League Selection and was First Team All CIF as a Senior. Anita played her college ball for UNLV and was named the Western Athletic Conference Pacific Division Freshman of he year as well as 2nd Team All Pacific Division. She led the team in goals and assists and was one of two players to start all 19 games. Her sophomore and Senior years Anita was named 1st Team All MWC and currently holds school records in nearly every category.


Brooke BowmanBrooke Bowman

Brooke Bowman played high school soccer for Plano West Senior High where she won state championships in 200, 2001 and 2002. She was named 5A Texas High School State Tournament MVP and set a district record for all time goals in a season with 44. In 2002 she was named North Texas Female Athlete of the Year. She was also voted an NSCAA All-American in 2001 and 2002 and the Female All-Area player in 2002. Brooked played club soccer for the D’Feeters where she won state championships in 2000, 2001 and 2002 and regional championships in 2000 and 2001. Brooke played college soccer at Division I Brigham Young University and was voted Mountain West Conference Freshman of the Year in 2003. She was an NCAA Freshman All American in 2003 and was voted first-team MWC All-Conference.


Anita PedfordAlicia Gutierrez

Alicia Gutierrez played her club soccer for Blackwatch ’84 and FC Dallas ’85. She was a four year varsity letterman and McKinney High School from 1999-2003. In the 1999-2000 season she was the leading scorer for the team, Offensive Player of the Year and 1st Team All District. She is currently working towards a BA in Kinesiology at TWU.


Becky WillisBecky Willis

Becky Willis played high school ball at San Pasqual High School in Escondido, California from 2001-2005. She received First-Team All-Conference in 2004 and 2005 and was named Second-Team All-Conference in 2003. She was team captain and MVP in 2004 and 2005. She was named Player of the Year and First-Team All-CIF in 2004. She played collegiate soccer at the University of Redlands from 2005-2009. She received Rookie of the Year in 2005. She was given an NSCAA/adidas® First-Team All-Far West Region distinction in 2007 and 2008, and Second-Team All-Region in 2006. Becky was a member of the First-Team NSCAA/adidas® All-American in 2008 and Second-Team All-American in 2007. She also received the Player of the Year Award in 2008 for the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. She was team MVP and captain in 2007 and 2008. She was a semifinalist for the NCAA Woman of the Year award in 2009.


Anita PedfordLeslie Fogle

Leslie Fogle played high school ball at Atwater High School in Atwater, California. She was a member of the varsity team from 2989-1993. Leslie held the league scoring record two years in a row and was named to the 1st Team All-District her Junior and Senior years. She played in the California State ODP in 1992 and competed in the California Premiere League for two years. She currently plays on several Coed and Women’s teams both indoor and outdoor as well as coaches youth soccer and is a teacher with the Frisco ISD.


Anita PedfordMichelle Hooten

Meesh played varsity in high school at South Garland from '93 -'97 where she was named was MVP of the team 3 of the 4 years. She was also named to All District and All Area teams during those years. She was first in goals in district and 2nd in area during one of those years. She was named MVP of the district' as well. She played her club ball for the D’Feeters Soccer Club and was the team captain. She was a member of the Regional team in 1994 and 1996 and the National Pool in 1994. She attended Texas A&M University from 1997-2001 where she was given the Perseverance Award for two years. She played Semi-Pro for Ft Worth FC in 2008 and played Dallas Premier in 2009.


Dayna SandersDayna Sanders

Dayna Sanders – was a member of the North Texas ’82 State Team from 1994-2000 and was the captain from 1996-2000. She played her club ball with Dallas Inter ’81 as well as Sting ’82 where she was a member of the state championship team in 2000. From 2008-current she has been a member of the Turbo/D’Feeters soccer club and was on the National Championship team in 2008. Dayna played her High School ball at Highland Park and was a four year 1st Team Varsity All-District player. Her Senior year she was selected to the Adidas Team as a midfielder and was 1st Team All-State, District MVP, Team MVP and 4A Texas State Tourney MVP. Her team was State Champions in 2000. She attended college at Midwestern State University from 2000-2004 where she was captain 3 of those 4 years. She set a record at MSU for most assists in a career and she is #5 for goals in a career at MSU as a midfielder. In 2004 Dayna was on the USA International Team. She has coached with Xpress Soccer Club from 2004-2007 and the North Texas State ODP teams from 2005-2008.


Anita PedfordAmber Guillory

Amber played her high school ball at Ryan High School in Denton and was a member of the women’s varsity team from 1998-2002. She became team captain her senior year and received 1st Team District and 2nd Team District awards throughout her four years of playing at Ryan. She played her club soccer with the Aces 83/84 Black team and attended Lambuth University where she was a member of their women’s soccer team from 2002-2005. She was the assist leader of the Mid-South Conference her freshman year. In 2002 and 2004 she earned 2nd Team All Conference and in 2003 and 2005 she earned 1st Team All Conference.


Jim EammaCoach Jim Eamma

Jim played his high school ball at TC Roberson in Asheville, North Carolina. He was named Freshman of the Year in 1990 and Most Valuable Offensive Player in 1990 and 1992. He was named MVP in 1991 and 1993. He was a member of the All Region 1st Team in 1991-1993 and was named All State in 1994. He was also named an Academic All American in 1994. Jim played college soccer for St. Andrews Presbyterian College from 1994-1998 where he was named Freshman of the Year as well as 2nd Team All Conference in 1995-1996 and 1st Team All Conference in 1997-1998. He was named to the Kendis Division II National All Star Team in 1997-1998. Jim also played professionally for the Myrtle Beach Hammerheads, the Charlotte Shamrocks and the American Patriots (PISL). His coaching years have been with the Comets Soccer Club from 1998-2008. Jim is currently a Research Operations Manager for Mary Crowley Medical Research Center.
